This programme is for those with absolutely no previous experience of Tai Chi.
You will learn about the history behind Tai Chi; its origins and evolution. In addition, you will be introduced to the different aspects of the art that is Tai Chi Chuan.
Basic principles will be introduced, using the Chen style First Form as the main vehicle for this.
