Qigong & Meditation One-Week's Retreat

Sue Weston
Holy Island
Holy Island (adjacent to the Isle of Arran, West Scotland) is an environmental and spiritual sanctuary dedicated to world peace and health where Sue recently spent a year in retreat. The Qigong residential week offers simple and gentle skills and practices that aid relaxation, extend physical intelligence and grow a lifelong spiritual journey.
