On May 25 to 29 next year, the 2019 International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Symposium will be held in Selvino, Italy hosted by the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Foundation. For the very first time in Europe the six leading Tai Chi masters representing the traditional styles of Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu (Hao), Sun and He Tai Chi Chuan, researchers, health professionals and practitioners will come together to share, explore, discover and experience Tai Chi Chuan in friendship and family.

It will be a unique opportunity to learn from the world’s foremost authorities and meet people from every corner of the world. The symposium will be an immersive experience in the mountains of northern Italy where we will learn – Directly From The Source.

1. Group performance of the Essential Form:

There will be a group performance of the Yang Family Essential Form. All members of the International Yang family Tai Chi can participate in this group performance. More information will be forthcoming such as ordering your uniform for the performance and the music with which to practise in due course.

3. Call for abstracts:
The main theme of the academic program for the 2019 Symposium is the impact of tai chi chuan on human health. There will be keynote addresses, small more intimate oral presentations and poster presentations based on original research linking tai chi chuan with health and wellness.
