About Tai Chi Chuan & Oriental Arts Magazine
Tai Chi Chuan & Oriental Arts magazine is produced four times a year. The magazine was originally created in 1994 to promote the work of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain by featuring articles, reviews, news and reports on tai chi, chi kung and other Chinese internal arts.

The magazine is available to all members or via subscription or by visiting the issues page where you can also read a selection of articles online.
Contributing to the magazineWe welcome contributions to the magazine in the following formats:
Please send a brief synopsis or your proposal for any articles and the editor will consider your submission and provide further guidelines on length, format, visuals etc.
2,000 copies of the magazine are printed, the majority of which are send directly to dedicated practitioners of these arts. Readership is estimated to be between 3,000-4,000. It is sold primarily in the UK with a reasonable number of copies being distributed in mainland Europe and a few copies send elsewhere around the world.

At the moment only uk residents can purchase single copies online, if you are overseas please order by contacting the union at the address below.
Selling the Magazine
Instructor Members are encouraged to sell copies of the Unions journal Tai Chi Chuan to their students. Many instructors have done very well but many more have not. By ordering a few copies on a sale or return basis you can help to promote the Union, the internal arts, your own schools and make a little money in the process. Copies supplied at £4.00 each allowing you £1.25 for each copy sold.
