This eight day course runs over four 2-day modules over the year and is accredited by Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMPSA) and awarded 10 development points (CPD) which is the maximum possible. It is in-line with the new standard written to support people with long term-term conditions.
Over the course you will learn seated and standing qigong sets including Fragrant Buddha qigong, Shibashi sets 1 &2 and more. You will learn to apply tai chi form for falls prevention and long-term medical conditions. You will also learn to apply mindfulness for pain management and anxiety. Full details can be found online
