This is the first time that Master Shen Jin will be teaching Ba Duan Jin in the UK.
A student of her father, Dr Shen Hongxun, from a young age, she too is a master of empty force and will be bringing her unique insight to the teaching of Ba Duan Jin.
An opportunity to explore stillness in this lively Year of the Horse is one to be treasured.
Part 2 of the Ba Duan Jin will be taught on 14-15 November
