Ba Duan Jin Qigong Foundation Instructor Training Course

Ba Duan Jin Qigong aims to move blood, clear energetic blockages and strengthen the tendons and muscles. The deeper aspects encourage internal change and transformation.
This course provides guidance towards functional and effective movement that improves health and wellbeing. Both authentic and modern variations of the system are explored for a complete perspective of this system and its use as a body-mind practise.
