Daoyin Scotland Teacher Training – Level 1

Instructors:  Tina Faulkner Elders, Gordon Faulkner

This is a Level 1 Qigong teacher training program of the Daoyin Yangsheng Gong system.

The focus is on understanding Qigong in both theory and movement as well as practical teaching guides and assistance.

Modules include:

• Movement fundamentals
• History and theory of Qigong and Daoyin
• 5 Element theory
• Stress management routines and other Daoyin Yangsheng Gong routines

Documents, continued online support and access to all teaching in the App available for the duration of the course.

9 weekends over 18 months online and in person. The in person weekends are held in the picturesque coastal town of Stonehaven, Scotland (direct trains from Edinburgh and Aberdeen. 15/20min drive to Aberdeen airport).

We encourage in person participation as much as possible but appreciate this is not always possible. All material will be available online. All final assessments must be in person.

Cost: £2,800 (discount to £1,899 available till end Aug 2025)
