Three senior members of the TCIA would like to welcome fellow instructors and experienced students to an afternoon of high-level training, which includes:

Meridian-smoothing Qigong with John Donegan, a long–established acupuncturist who has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi in Leeds for over 25 years.

Microcosmic Orbit and Shen Dao neck-release protocol with Paul Underhill, an experienced practitioner of Tai Chi and Chinese medicine (TCM) who has studied Metta Tai Chi with Tew Bunnag for over 20 years and is the author of the article on Space which appeared in the July 2025 issue of the TCIA magazine.

Gan Ting Shou and Advanced Push Hands with Colin Hamilton, who has been practicing and teaching Yang, Chen and Wu Hao styles of Tai Chi Chuan, as well as Xing Yi Chuan, Bagua Zhang and Qigong, for over 40 years.
