Our teaching focuses on the correct practice of the Yang long form and its applications as well as the internal aspects, developing sensitivity and energy (qi) through Zhang-Zhuan meditation and nei gung exercises.
I began learning tai chi in 2003 with master John Ding, 1st disciple of GM Ip Tai Ta...k. I have been teaching since 2008.
At Bonsai Tai Chi Academy we are ALL students of the art, working to develop our knowledge skills together.
