Matthew began studying Taijiquan and Qigong in 1998 with Tina Faulkner-Elders and has continued to learn under the tutelage of Master Chen Lisheng on several visits to Wudangshan.
Teaching full-time since January 2015 hosting regular private and public classes with the University of Aberdeen, Confu...cius Institute, Alzheimer Scotland, City Moves and Aber City Health and Well department.
Currently teaching the principal Wudang forms of Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Five Animals.
