Tai Chi by the Lighthouse, welcoming in the Summer Solstice

An opportunity to welcome in the Summer Solstice with some easy to learn Chi Kung on the Cliff tops of Old Hunstanton next to the Old Lighthouse.

The Chi Kung set is called "Fa Soong Gong" and is a wonderful way to start the day.

This event is suitable for all.

• 8 to 9 am Standing Chi Kung
• 9 to 10 am Seated Chi Kung (chairs will be provided)

This is a FREE event although donations will be appreciated to our local RNLI who will also be taking part.

Free parking along the road or there is a council run car park a couple of minutes away.

Cafe and toilet facilities close by.
