Christopher Handbury shares his 20 years’ experience of this system and 18 years of clinical TCM practice as a Tui Na and Acupuncture practitioner, to bring you a simple and profound therapeutic exercise method for all ages to learn and enjoy.
Training is offered as a 1:1 learning journey for enhanced student attention and personal guidance to completion.
Learning includes tuition of the required preparation health routine, the eight main active postures to clear the energy vessels and the internal aspects of Five Element Medicine to help you heal the body and mind, and how to share it with others.
The course in predominantly based online with final assessments in person. There are three units to complete over twelve months. This Includes sixteen tutor sessions, access to 20+ online video tutorials, student training manual, email and phone.
The Instructor Course is completed over a period of 12 months at monthly intervals. Booking for tutor meeting is flexible with evening and weekend options available on request.

- Feb 25 – Ba Duan Jin Qigong Full Practice
