ABOUT BRET
Bret lives in Oxford, Michigan, USA. He studied Tai Chi with Carol Yamasaki, a direct student of Cheng Man-ch’ing from 1989 and through Carol was introduced to many of Professor Cheng’s other senior students including Ben Lo and Liu Xiheng.
Bret’s workshops focus on the internal qualities and deeper mind-body connections in Tai Chi practice, through the 37 Tai Chi Form and partnerwork – they often include Liu Xiheng’s Tai Chi exercises. This will be Bret’s 5th visit to teach in Glasgow.
