Free tai chi in Whitaker Park, Rawtenstall, Rossendale Lancashire. Enjoy the fresh air, the fabulous views in this beautiful Rossendale Park and try tai chi with David & Helena from Lighthouse Tai Chi®, professional instructors who work for Rossendale Leisure.
Suitable for complete beginners, just come along and do as much or as little as you wish. No previous experience required. Participation is at your own risk. All ages and abilities are welcome. There are car parks within the park and free on street parking nearby. Family friendly. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please come dressed for the Lancashire weather and join us on the embankment above the bowling green. The events will go ahead rain or shine.
The Mayor of Rossendale will be invited to open the first event and Rossendale Leisure staff will be available to discuss available activities and memberships
