Instructor: Simon Ward
I’m organising a Tai Chi Workshop suitable for anyone with any level of experience of Tai Chi or Qigong of any style. The primary purpose is to gather Tai Chi players from around West Wales to share knowledge and experience and to have an opportunity to practice together. There will be time to study movements that are common to all styles and a chance to work with partners for duo exercises and sensing and pushing hands. The exact content will be flexible and determined by the experience and interests of the participants.
The workshop will be at Walwyn’s Castle Village Hall SA62 on Saturday 13th April from 10am – 1pm.
There is ample free parking. A kitchen is available and we’ll be having a break for tea and a chat during the workshop. Bring your own lunch if required. There are picnic tables and a grass area outside the hall if the weather is good.
Cost: The workshop is free but a donation to offset costs would be appreciated.
Event Address: Walwyn’s Castle Village Hall (next to St James church), Walwyn’s Castle, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA62 3DZ
