Yorkshire World Tai Chi and Qigong Day
On Saturday 27th April, we will be joining in celebrations for World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.
Following the success of the past few years, we shall be holding another day’s workshop in Yorkshire, inviting students from across the county to get together to share our practice and experience. We have a varied programme that will be suitable for beginners and those who have been practicing for years. There will be something for everyone.
Several Professional Teachers, specialists in their own field, will deliver workshops offering you:
- an opportunity to learn more about the wider world of tai chi and giqong
- some new exercises to improve your physical and mental well-being
- more time to explore and practice in a bit more depth
AND
- a chance to meet fellow enthusiasts from across the region.
