Carrying and training with Tai Chi weapons in a public place

To help avoid trouble with police or general public there are some easy steps you can take:

  • Carry any weapons you have with you in a secure receptacle such as a hockey bag.
  • If you are carrying weapons in the car, place them out of sight.
  • In a public place don’t practice with metal weapons.
  • If you are going to train in a public place always take proof of TCUGB membership with you to prove you are a genuine practitioner.
