I teach the full Wudang Tai Chi Chuan martial art curriculum, as passed down through the lineage of the infamous full-contact lei tai fighter Master Cheng Tin Hung (Zheng Tianxiong, 1930–2005) and Daniel Docherty.
My expertise covers internal training (Neigong), martial application/self...-defence, health applications, and push hands conditioning.
I also teach rare Daoist meditation/Alchemy under the Authentic Neigong school.
