I started tai chi in 2009 after serious spinal/shoulder surgeries and years of fibromyalgia requiring strong pain medication and began teaching in 2012. The late Patrick Griffin instilled in me his passion for qigong. My colleague, Marcus Farley mentors me with understanding of the martial art asp...ects of tai chi. Tai chi, Qigong and daily meditation have allowed my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing to blossom. I work mainly with the over 50's of all levels at Nuffield Gym in Stockley Park with occasional private home visits working one to one or two.
