Classes are designed particularly with the over-50 age group in mind. Martial applications are not taught and the emphasis is on promoting health.
Since the onset of the Covid pandemic partner exercises have not been included due to the increased risk of disease transmission that they pose, but hopefully this situation will be temporary.
