Classes follow Chen style from my teacher Karel Koskuba and his teacher Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang. We practice Chen style Laojia, Xinjia and push hands with exercises from associated areas including Chi Kung and Yiquan. Chen style Tai Chi Chuan or Taijiquan is valued for health, relaxation, personal... development and martial arts. Classes take place at Shefford Community Hall on Sunday evening and Monday afternoon, Flitwick Village Hall on Monday morning and Biggleswade on Wednesday afternoon.
