I have been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 25 years and I been have instructing regular classes around West Yorkshire since 2004, Teaching Dao Yin , Qi Gong, Tai Chi staff, Sword, Silk and other forms.
Some of my students have gone on to become instructors themselves.
