We teach T'ai Chi for all ages and abilities in the Forest of Dean in West Gloucestershire. Trevor has practised for 30+ years and has taught for 20 years. He was also a teacher of Dr Lam's Health forms for 16 years. Our signature style is in-depth Traditional Sun. We also teach Yang, n/c weapon for...ms, various qi gongs, modified health forms and a unique care home program targetting the less able and those suffering with Alzheimer's etc. Trevor is the author of book for beginners and has often been invited to teach workshops around the UK.
