Sword Sisters – Yang 16 Sword Workshop

Join this women only Sword Sister event to discover the fluidity and grace of the Yang 16 Sword Form.

The workshop is 3 hours duration and includes:

Mindful Warm Up, Sword Basics, Overview of the Yang 16, a deep dive on a few of the moves, and a chance to practice the martial applications using our "bash sticks.

This group is likely to be mixture of those with some experience and those who are totally new to the sword. Swords are provided (we have a range of telescopic, flexible and rigid swords).

All levels are welcome. We move in a gentle way that can accommodate students at different levels and abilities.
