Qigong, Neigong & Channels for Taijiquan is a 12-session live online course exploring the twelve primary channels of Chinese medicine through practical bodywork and Taijiquan training.
Each session focuses on one channel and combines a short introduction to its pathway and selected acupuncture points with tapping, self-massage, Qigong exercises, and Neigong methods. The emphasis is always practical: how can these traditional body concepts help us better understand structure, connection, movement, and internal work in Taijiquan?
The course is designed for Taijiquan practitioners who want to deepen their embodied understanding of Chinese internal training without turning the sessions into theoretical lectures on Chinese medicine. No previous knowledge of the channel system is required.
The course runs live online over 12 sessions, with accompanying training material provided between classes.
The first two classes start at 5.55 pm, afterwards the class will start at 6.15 pm.
