Tai chi, unlike many other trendy sports, can be practised at any age. In fact, adults come to tai chi and qigong after fancy sports to regain the health they lost during fancy training.
Tai chi fills the body with tone, builds the structure and muscles necessary for life, while giving flexibility and the ability to not only tense up but also relax. Tai chi is about sensible and organic balance.
45-50 minutes long open air classes.
